3. SCOPE
According to definitions previously mentioned, the scope of RPL can be described as follows:
- Software requirements associated with the specification requirements and software requirements.
- Software design includes the determination of the architecture, components, interfaces, and other characteristics of the software.
- Software construction relates to software development, including algorithms, coding, testing, and fault-finding.
- Software testing involves testing the overall behavior of the software.
- Software maintenance includes maintenance efforts when the software is operated.
- Software configuration management is related to the software configuration to meet specific needs.
- Software engineering management related to the management and measurement of software engineering, including project planning software.
- Software engineering tools and methods include theoretical studies of software engineering tools and methods.
- Software engineering process is concerned with the definition, implementation, measurement, management, change and improvement process of RPL.
- Software quality is stressed on quality and software life cycle.
